Our comfortable restaurant offers both local specialties as well as seasonal delicacies. Particularly popular is our freshly caught trout from our own ponds, prepared according to „Müllerin Art“(miller tradition) or „Blau“ (boiled), as well as smoked or cold smoked.
Freshly caught – quite often, you can see the cook running out to the ponds following the food order to quickly catch the desired trout.
Home baked miller bread and roasted ham, are prepared in our stone oven - a taste test is well worth it!
The open fireplace provides an especially cosy atmosphere for a delicious meal during the cold weather season, while our outdoor terrace invites you to take in the clear Hunsrück air during the summer months.
